Lorrin E  Tharp
Lorrin E (Chuck) Tharp was born in Highland, CA on July 14,1934 and went to be with our Lord in Tacoma, WA on December 27, 2017.
After graduating high school, Chuck joined the US Navy. While stationed in Bremerton, WA, he met and married the love of his life Constance L. Hamer. They were married for 63 years.
His hobbies in life were racing stock cars, stream fishing, camping (finding every back road he could find) and story telling. His passion was his wife and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Connie, his parent's Lorrin and Martha, his brother Bob and his sister Betty & nephew Ray.
He is survived by his son, Charles (Barb), Daughters, Debi, Lori (Mel) and Candace. Nine grandchildren, two step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and brother in-laws and sister in-laws.
His last Christmas Wish was for the Lord to take him home to be with his one and only love.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held at Cavalry Chapel of Yelm on January 20th at 2:00 pm. 13025 Morris Rd SE, Yelm, WA 98597
